An aromatic traditional Northern Thailand entrée. Fresh salmon and 5 large prawns, with bell peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, sweet onions, basil, Thai herbs, galangal root, lemongrass and lime leaves wrapped in fresh banana leaves, roasted to a savory perfection. Served with a creamy panang curry sauce (mild, medium or hot) and your choice of jasmine or brown rice.
Crispy Shredded Beef
Shredded beef brisket slow cooked in herbs and spices and then grilled crispy, served with Pismai’s homemade BBQ sauce and grilled onions. Served over your choice of jasmine or brown rice, homemade black beans sautéed with onions, bell peppers and herbs and garnished with a homemade carrot and onion relish.
Halakulani Coconut Custard Cake
Served with homemade coconut ice cream.
