An aromatic traditional Northern Thailand entrée. Fresh salmon and 5 large prawns, with bell peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, sweet onions, basil, Thai herbs, galangal root, lemongrass and lime leaves wrapped in fresh banana leaves, roasted to a savory perfection. Served with a creamy panang curry sauce (mild, medium or hot) and your choice of jasmine or brown rice.

Shredded beef brisket slow cooked in herbs and spices and then grilled crispy, served with Pismai’s homemade BBQ sauce and grilled onions.
